The FundX Upgrader Funds will not make any capital gain distributions in 2009.

Per-share distribution information is provided to aid in your 2009 tax planning. Per-share distributions are paid to shareholders of record on the fund's record date (Dec. 31, 2009). On the Ex. Date (Jan. 4, 2010), each fund's share price is reduced by the amount of its distribution.

Although the FundX Upgrader Funds make distributions on the first business day of 2010, they are taxable in 2009.
