The adviser has an agreement in place to limit expenses of the ETF Aggressive Upgrader Fund, ETF Upgrader Fund, and the Tactical Total Return Fund. Investment performance reflects contractual fee waivers in effect for the ETF Upgrader Fund, ETF Aggressive Upgrader Fund and the Tactical Total Return Fund. In the absence of such waivers, total return would be reduced. Returns shown include reinvestment of dividends and capital gains.

The S&P 500 Index is a broad based unmanaged index of 500 stocks, which is widely recognized as representative of the equity market in general.

The Barclay's U.S. Aggregate Bond Index is a market-capitalization-weighted index of investment-grade fixed-rate debt issues, including government, corporate, asset-backed, and mortgage-backed securities, with maturities of at least one year.

50/50 blended index is made up of 50% S&P 500 and 50% Barclays Aggregate Bond Index, rebalanced monthly. You cannot invest directly in an index.
